Doing the round is the rumor that tech giant Apple is all set to begin the production for it’s iPhone 5 successor, speculated to be either iPhone 6 or iPhone 5S to be released around June this year.
If industry sources are to be believed, Apple is currently testing two new prototypes, one new generation iPhone, while other being a cheaper iPhone.
Reports from the experts are that new iPhone feature a super HD Camera, increased battery life & storage of 128 GB.
Analyst Peter Misek also predicted that the next iPhone will have a 4.8 inch display, 0.8 inches bigger then the current four inches iPhone 5.
The analyst also told that Apple might launch two iPhone’s this year, one in mid 2013 and the other one during year end. This backs up the report that iPhone is going to be more aggressive to its rival Samsung, following a 6 month cycle instead of 1 year cycle.
Also if the rumored cheap iPhone is true, it might not impact iPhone’s earning per share because it would increase it’s market share, though it might decrease it’s gross margins.
